Our Services Multiple and Complex Needs Our support for people with multiple and complex health needs focuses on providing assistance for people on a day to day basis. The people we support often live in a home of their own, or with family. Referrals may come directly to us, or via the NHS or CCG (Clinical Commissioning Group); we then begin the process of training a highly skilled team, who will provide appropriate, safe, and high quality support, based on individual needs. We make sure that our teams receive all the relevant training, advice, and guidance that we can provide; to make certain that a person’s health and social needs are treated with equal importance. We work very closely with Alder Hey Hospital, local authorities, and health services, to continue developing services for younger people, in their transition into adulthood, and home based support. If you would like to find out more about what we do and how we could help you or a relative or friend please contact us by phone on 0151 207 9120 or click here to complete an online form.
